The industry was given personal hearing before SEE-J on 8.7.2024, wherein it was decided that:-
1) Present application of the project proponent shall be returned with advice to re-submit the application with revised layout/site plans in line with the requirements of Govt. of Punjab notification No.3/6/07-STE (4)/2274 dated 25.7.2008.
2) In case, the project proponent is not satisfied with the measurements or have any dispute on above issue, he may file an application/request before the inspection committee headed by Chairman, PPCB and comprising of Chief Inspector of Factories, Punjab, Chief Town Planner, Punjab and a nominee of the Department of Industries are the other members for redressal of his grievances.
As such, the application is being returned due to above decisions. |
