Kindly peruse the agenda note of AEE. In view of facts mentioned by AEE in his agenda note, is recommended that the varied consent to operate under the provision of Water (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1974 and Air (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1981 for the manufacturing of Waste scraps @ 10 MTD and Scaffolding Parts, Hand Tools and Auto Parts @ 15 MTD may be granted upto 30/06/2029 with usual conditions and special conditions as under:
1. The industry shall not generate and discharge any kind of wastewater from the process.
2. The industry shall not throw, burn or burry any solid wastes in open, outside premises or in drain / water bodies.
3. The industry shall ensure that no black smoke should be emitted from the stack of the industry at any time.
4. The industry shall not undertake expansion without obtaining approval from the Board.
5. The industry shall ensure that there is no public nuisance in the area, due to activities of the industry. 6. The industry shall promote use of alternatives of single use plastics (SUP) and awareness to discourage use of plastic, through their Corporate Environment Responsibility (CER) activities.
7. The industry shall ensure that there are no usages of single use plasticthermocol disposable items such as water bottles / water pouches/water cups, plates, forks, spoons, straw etc. and single use decorating material made of plastic-thermocal or any other non-biodegradable material in the premises.
8. The industry shall properly handle and manage the solid wastages as per the provisions of the Municipal Solid Waste Rules 2016 and ensure that the solid waste is segregated & disposed of in an environmentally sound manner
