Respected Sir,
Kindly peruse the note of AEE. As noted by AEE, the industry was visited by him on 01/07/2024. During the visit, an iron sludge sample was collected from Filter Press-I and sent to M/s Sophisticated Industrial Material Analytical Labs Pvt Ltd., C-3/7, Mayapuri Industrial Area, Phase-II, New Delhi, for TCLP testing. The analysis report, received via email on 06/07/2024 (copy attached with the note of AEE), indicates that all parameters of the TCLP test are within the limit and that the sample is non-hazardous.
Additionally, a slag sample was collected from M/s R.P. Multimetals Pvt. Ltd., Village Jalalpur, and sent to the same lab for TCLP testing. The analysis report shows that all parameters of the TCLP test are within the limit, and the sample is also non-hazardous. Reports are attached with the note of AEE.
