Sir kindly peruse the note of Ro as well as AEE (PBIP). If approved, action as proposed by AEE (PBIP) regarding issuance of revised Consent to Establish under the Water Act, 1974 and Air Act, 1981 for establishment of commercial complex in total land area of 8.588 Acres with max. built-up area of 18419.36 sqm consisting of components as Commercial Shops @ 80 Nos for one year upto 18.06.2025 subject to the conditions as mentioned in his note plus one additional condition that “the PP shall not discharge any water from water body into the sewer or any other unauthorized place for cleaning of the lake rather the same shall be utilized for sprinkling on dusty patches, construction activities etc” be taken, please. |
