It is submitted that as per RO report that:
1. The industry has installed ETP based on physcio chemical followed by biological treatment and tertiary treatment through filters...............................
2. Sample of the trade effluent was collected from outlet of the ETP on dated 19.06.2024 and as per analysis report outlet parameter are attached as pdf file. The concentration of the various parameters as per the analysis results are beyond the prescribed limit of MoEF&CC.................
3. The industry has not submitted action plan along with PERT chart for the installation and commissioning of ZLD plant as already decided during hearing given on 16.06.2023 till date. No physical progress has been made by industry to achieve zero liquid discharge........................
4. The industry has not submitted a bank guarantee of Rs. 50 Lacs as assurance that the upgraded ETP based on ZLD technology with be installed and commissioned as already decided in hearing dated on 16.06.2023 till date.........................
5. The industry has now submitted a bank guarantee of Rs. 10 Lacs, which is valid upto 16.10.2024 as an assurance to comply with all Environmental Laws in future.................... 7. The industry was given deadline to upgrade its ETP to ZLD upto 30.06.2024, but no progress has been achieved by the industry till date...................
As proposed by RO ,may, if approved, notice to issue directions u/s 33-A of the Water (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1974 alongwith show cause notice for refusal of consent to operate under the Water (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1974 (regarding non conversion to ZLD) be issued against the industry with an opportunity of a personal hearing before the Chairman of the Board, please. |
