The industry has been issued a red book under rule 6 of the HWM Rules, 2016 for the reprocessing/re-refining of used insulated oil (Transformer Oil) @ 7000 ltrs/day, Lubricant Oil (Used Engine Oil) @ 4000 Ltrs/day...............................
May if approved, varied ‘Consent to Operate’ under the Air Act, 1981 be granted to the industry for six months for production of Insulated Oil (Transformer Oil) @ 6950 Liter/day, Refined Oil @ 6000 Liter/day, Diesel @ 500 Liter/day along with operation of three Kettle Furnaces of 15000 Liter/Day capacity with stack of adequate height and 01 DG set of 82 KVA with Canopy along with adequate stack height subject to suitable conditions with special condition that the industry shall not operate its newly installed kettle without obtaining passbook under the provisions of Hazardous and Other Wastes (Management & Tran boundary Movement) Rules, 2016, please.....................
