Sub: - Clarification regarding Application of CTO AIR, WATER AND HAZARDOUS.
Respected Sir,
We have applied for renewal of our consent. Our applications for CTO Air, Water and Hazardous are pending.
The fixed assets of our unit have been increased from 553.98 lakh to 783.43. We have modified our Induction Furnace and Crains and altered its other auxiliary machinery. We have already installed Air Pollution Control Device (APCD) along with its collection system and the latest Furnace Side Hood as per the design provided by the Department of Science and Technology, Government of Punjab, Chandigarh. The CA certificate with head-wise details of the increased fixed assets is attached.
Your office has issued us CTO Air and Water for six months. We have already deposited ₹90,000.00 and 52000.00 vide online through OMMS along with the last application. Our present NOC, Consents and Form fees are adjusted from that fee.
Our electricity connection was restored temporarily for six months. We have already received one sampling report of APCD from PPCB lab. A new request has been raised for another APCD air sampling. We urge that our electric connection restore permanently and issued us consent for 5 years. We shall we highly grateful to you for the same.
