Point wise reply of clarification is as under
1. The industry has submitted off site emergency plan of year, June 2021 which is signed by District Collector Jalandhar. Further industry has submitted on site emergency plan to Deputy Director of factories circle- 1 Jalandhar on dated 30.12.2019 and copy of same of 386 pages is already attached with application.
2. The sludge removed from the storage tanks is covered under authorization in category 3.3 (Oily Sludge) and authorization is valid upto 13.02.2028.
3. The industry had been commissioned in year 1997, which is before the notification of approved Master Plan Jalandhar- (2009-31). As per approved Master Plan, Jalandhar, the site of the industry is considered/shown in the Map for storage of WHOLE SALE MARKET, GODOWNS, FRUIT & VEGETABLE AND GRAIN MARKET, OIL DEPOT.
4. Further the site approval to the industry was granted by additional of Director of Factories, for Director of Factories, Punjab after approval of the Governor Punjab vide letter 17928 dated 12.10.2010. This approval does not contains any validity. The said approval reveals that the same has been issued after considering reports of different concerned departments including CTP. The condition imposed in the said approval in respect of Punjab Pollution Control Board is that the unit will obtain NOC from the Board.
As such, in view of approval of site granted by the Government as above, the consent may be granted upto 31.03.2026 |
