Sir, the industry is a small scale orange category unit. The industry has applied for fresh consent to operate under Water Act, 1974 & Air Act, 1981. The industry has submitted approved building plan from architect approved by Director of Factories, Punjab. The industry has submitted the GST certificate as proof of date of commissioning. The site of the industry falls in industrial zone as per the khasra number mentioned in gazzete notification.
The site of industry was visited by RO on 11.07.2024 and it was reported as under:- 1. The industry was in operation during visit and engaged in manufacturing of all types of spindle cones of various sizes and various colours from recycled plastic granules. 2. The industry is discharging only domestic effluent into sewer. 3. The industry has installed 4 no. moulding machines in its premises. 4. The industry has submitted building plan from architect approved by Director of Factory, Pb. 5. The industry is complying with the provisions under Water Act, 1974 & Air Act, 1981.
In view of the above, it is recommended that consent to operate under the Water Act, 1974 may be granted to industry upto 30.09.2029 with usual conditions, please. (Category - Orange, Small) (Competency -SEE)
