It is submitted that the establishment was granted CTE for establishment of the Hotel with 04 rooms and Meeting cum Party Hall
Now it has applied for Hotel with 04 rooms and
Meeting cum Party Hall for land having area 4529 sq. meter.
However the site of entity was visited by undersigned on 10.07.2024 and it was observed that the star view resort has provided banquet hall in the building along with 4 rooms with it. It has also provided lawn outside the building. As such the entity is required to apply CTO under orange category with suitable type code and sr. no.
