| Clarification Note: | The point wise reply is as under:- 1. The detail of addition of machinery for Rs. 184.17 is attached here and NOC fee already deposited. 2. We are submitting the details of receipts of 169200/-. 3. We are submitting the analysis report of stack emission. 4. The Govt. of Punjab Department of Science & Technology & Environment vide notification no. 10/64/2020-STE4/469 dated 04.10.2023 in which mention that furnace oil & any other liquid oil containing high sulphur contents (Exceeding 1.8% by weight) shall not be allowed to used as fuel, but we are using upto max. 1.8% in our unit (bill of furnace oil is attached) containing oil %. 5. We are submitting revised compliance report. Please make necessary correction in your records. |
