The point-wise reply to the clarifications sought is attached by AEE, which may be perused.
It has been brought out by AEE that:-
1. Proper plantation has been carried out in the leased land of 1 bigha by marriage palace owner for disposal of treated wastewater as there are 100 plants already planted in that land and more plantation is being done by the marriage palace owner.
2. The marriage palace has capacity of 250 persons. Therefore, as per IS 1172 : 1993
(Reaffirmed 2007) standards, the water consumption shall be 70 lpcd i.e. total water consumption shall be 250 x 70 liters/day = 17.5 KLD. Accordingly, waster water generation shall be 0.8 x 17.5 KLD= 14 KLD. Plantation area (1 bigha= 0.21 acres) is sufficient to handle this quantity of discharge.
3. AEE ha clarified that a single/specific outlet has been given for discharge from septic tanks to plantation area.
4. Water meters have not been provided, which the marriage palace owner Sh. Rohit Garg (Mobile no. 9577800077) has assured to provide within one week.
5. Hari Bhari is not authorized to lift off solid waste. However, the marriage palace owner Sh. Rohit Garg (Mobile no. 9577800077) has assured that he is in the process of construction of compost pits within its premises for onsite composting of wet waste and recyclable waste shall be sent to authorized recyclers.
Keeping in view of above, it is again recommended that CTOs shall be granted to the marriage palace with suitable conditions please. |
