It is submitted that the unit is a small scale cattle feed/oil mill and is complying with the provisions of the Water Act, 1974 and Air Act, 1981.
As such, in view of the recommendations of EERO Patiala, fresh consent to operate under the provisions of the Water (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1974 may be granted to the project proponent up to 30.9.2025 with the usual conditions as per policy of the Board and additional conditions as proposed by Regional office.
