Sir, it is submitted that the industry has submitted the reply of Show Cause Notice and compliance of decision of personal hearing dated 17/03/2024 as been verified by Regional Office and sent on 09/05/2024. The industry was visited on 01/07/2024, during the visit an iron sludge sample was collected from Filter Press-I and sent to M/s Sophisticated Industrial Material Analytical Labs Pvt Ltd., C-3/7, Mayapuri Industrial Area, Phase-II, New Delhi for TCLP testing. The analysis report was received via email on 06/07/2024, indicating that all parameters of the TCLP test are within the limit and that the sample is non-hazardous. Additionally, a slag sample was collected from M/s R.P. Multimetals Pvt. Ltd., Village Jalalpur, and sent to the same lab for TCLP testing. According to the analysis report, all parameters of the TCLP test are within the limit, and the sample is also non-hazardous.
Keeping in view of above, it is recommended that the consent to operate under the Water (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1974 may be renewed upto 31/03/2028.
