Kindly peruse the detail note attached herewith and it is recommeded that:-
1. Suitable amount of BG be imposed on the industry as an assurance to comply with the SOPs prescribed for such units.
2. Electric connection may be restored temporary upto six months.
3. Fresh consent to operate under the Water Act, 1974 and Air Act, 1981 may be granted to the industry upto six months with suitable and special condition that the industry will comply with the SOP prescribed for such units in true letter and spirit.
