The application has been examined and found as under:
1 The Aks Sajra of the land area and report of the DTP is of 7K-16 M bearing khasra no. 20//13 (6-01) and 18 (1-15), however the report of the Tehsildar is only of 3 K-18 M and not of complete land area. Further, the Tehsildar has not given any report of the distance of the site from protected monuments..................
2. The Jamabandi attached with the application is also related to 3 K-18 M in the name of Smt. Shanti Devi w/o Sh. Mohan Lal, however the name of the applicant is Sh, Mike Bathia and no lease agreement attached with the application.........................
If approved, the Regional Office be requested to clarify the above to conclude the application.
