| Clarification Note: |
From the perusal of the documents submitted alongwith the application, it has been observed that:-
1. The project proponent has submitted report countersigned by Tehsildar, Abohar, however the said report does not specify that whether the proposed location of the industry is at a distance of more than 100 meter from MC limits, village phirni, designated residential area/15 pucca houses.
2. The project proponent has not submitted any proposal regarding treatment of effluent generated from floor washing & from washing of utensils/machinery. Also, no proposal submitted for discharge of trade/domestic effluent.
It is therefore requested to submit compliance within 2 days, so the application may be processed further. |
