It is submitted that the industry is having land in the backside of the industry, which may result to increase in fixed assets of land. The industry has installed venturi as APCD with paddy cleaner of the dryer section and shelling section. The industry has provided brick wall of adequate length with 8' height around husk discharge / storage area. However wind screen has not been provided. As per site plan available in record file and as verified during visit there is no increase in land of the unit. The industry has stored husk at site about 7-8 feet high.
in view of above show cause notice for refusal of CTO may be issued for not providing 15 feet height of rice husk discharge area |
