Sir, as per the government's notification dated 01.06.2020, an enterprise having investment in plant and machinery less than 10 crores is a small scale industry (copy of notification is enclosed). So the industry has applied under correct category/ scale. However Board has not revised the competency to decide the applications w.rt this notification, though being a small scale industry and is having value of plant and machinery more than 5 crors but less than 10 crores competency to decide the case lies with the CEE.
