Sir, the industry has applied for CTO under Water Act, 1974 and Air Act, 1981 under Green Category with undertaking that the industry has now closed its manufacturing of Ice Cream and not submitted BG of Rs. 1.00 Lakh as decided by the Worthy CEE (B) during personal Hearing.
The industry was visited by undersigned on 11.07.2024 and it was observed that the industry was engaged in manufacturing Ice Cream (First Floor) and Milk Chilling Centre (Ground Floor). The industry has not closed its manufacturing of Ice Cream as well as not submitted BG of Rs. 1.00 Lakh with the application.
The industry is not complying with the decision of personal hearing as well as is required to apply for Consents to operate under Orange category. The scrutiny of application was completed w.r.t. contents submitted by it.
If approved, it is recommended that application applied under Green Category may be returned please. |
