It is submitted that the rice sheller was given personal hearing before the SEE on 20.06.2024 and the proceedings of personal hearing given on 20.06.2024 are yet to be finalized. The case as per online portal will be deemed in next 6 days.
In view of above, either the case be return to the applicant with an advice to resubmit the same along with the compliance of decision of personal hearing as and when received or same be send to the Zonal Office-II, Patiala for uploading the proceedings, please. |
