Yes sir, it is an old existing unit since 1983. As per record file and documents submitted by the industry, there is no expansion in machinery or production at site. The industry has applied at same production and as per CA certificate, the value of fixed assets is same as per the last CTO granted to the unit. The industry had already granted consent to operate by the Board which has been expired. There are majority industrial establishment near this unit and as per Approved Master Plan, Malerkotla, there is existing and proposed industrial zone near the unit.
