The industry has already submitted dissolution deed of its partnership with its last CTO application and at the time of last CTO also it was present proprietorship firm. The copy of the dissolution deed attached with last CTO application is attached herewith for kind perusal. However, in the CTO certificate, it was auto printed as partner instead of proprietor as profile was not updated. Now, the industry has updated its profile and the present application has been applied by the same proprietor to whom last CTO was granted.
