It is submitted that the industry was afforded an opportunity of personal hearing before SEE, ZO-2, Ludhiana on 26.04.2024, wherein it was decided that.........................................: 1. The industry shall submit a certificate from Company Secretary regarding de-materialization of its shares, within 07 days. 2. Environmental Engineer, Regional Office- 3, Ludhiana shall verify the contentions of the industry and submit the report alongwith recommendations, within 07 days................................. Now, RO reported that the industry has failed to submit share DEMAT certificate in compliance of decisions of the personal hearing till date.....................Also, the industry has not submitted latest Area Classification certificate as per the provisions of Master Plan of Ludhiana...................As proposed by RO, may if approved, application of the industry for obtaining varied CTO under the Water Act, 1974 be refused please. |
