The application of the industry has been scrutinized and it was observed as under.
1. The industry has applied online for first time as such the industry is required to submit the entire documents i.e site plan/location plan, ownership document/partnership deed, process flow chart.
2. The industry has not submitted the compliance report of the specific conditions mentioned in the previously consent granted.
As such, you are requested to kindly attend the aforementioned observation and submit the reply to this office within 02 days so that the application can be processed further.
