The point wise reply of the clarification is as under:
1. The treated wastewater disposed off onto land for plantation. The area of plantation is 1 Kanal.
2. The HCF has provided the water meter at the outlet of ETP-cum-STP.
3. The HCF has provided DG set of capacity of 75 KVA, which is provided with canopy and stack of
adequate height.
4. As discussed, the HCF was commissioned since 2016 and the fee was calculated form 2016. It is also submitted that the HCF was earlier granted authorization less than 25 beds which is valid upto 31.03.2021. Now, the HCF was granted authorization for 35 no. beds. Accordingly, as per office order dated 07.07.2017 the fee is adequate upto 31.12.2027.
In view of above, May if approved it is recommended that consent to operate under the provisions of the Water (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1974 and the Air (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1981 may be granted upto 31.12.2027.
1. The hospital shall not increase its bed capacity without obtaining prior written permission of the Board under the provisions of the Water (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1974 and Air (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1981.
2. The Hospital shall comply with the provisions of the Bio-Medical Waste Management Rules, 2016.
3. The hospital will renew its agreement with the CBWTF for lifting of its BMW before expiry of the same.
4. The hospital will submit Annual Report on Bio-Medical Waste Management in FormIV by 30th June every year.
5. The hospital shall get lifted/handed over its Bio-Medical Waste generated to the Common Bio-Medical Waste Treatment Facility on daily basis.
6. The hospital shall obtain other statutory approvals required from other departments, if any.
7. The hospital shall comply with the Board’s office order no. 601 dated 16.12.2021 and its subsequent amendments, if any. |
