Sir kindly peruse the note of RO as well as AEE(PBIP). The industry is already having valid CTO of the Board under the Air Act,1981 upto 30.06.2025. As per said consent, the industry was having boiler of capacity 3 TPH (wood used a fuel), 2 no. boilers of capacity 850 Kg/hr. each (HSD used as fuel), 4 no. DG sets of capacity 2 no. 320 KVA each, 1 no. 250 KVA & 1 no. 62.5 KVA as sources of air pollution.
Now, the industry is having only boiler of capacity 3 TPH (wood used a fuel), 3 no. DG sets of capacity 320 KVA x 2 & 1 no. 62.5 KVA as sources of air pollution as per fresh visit report submitted by RO i.e. the same have been changed.
If approved, action as proposed by AEE (PBIP) regarding issuance of the Consent to Operate under the Air Act, 1981 for Cold Storing of Raw Potatoes @ 15 Metric Tonnes/Day and Raw Peas and Vegetables @ 28.49 Metric Tonnes/Day upto 31.03.2029 subject to suitable general and additional conditions and one of the specific condition that “this CTO will supersede the earlier granted CTO under the Air Act,1981 valid upto 30.06.2025” be taken, please.
Further, EE, RO-II, Jalandhar be requested to submit the report to the competent authority regarding compliance of decisions of the personal hearing given on 26.04.2024 as well as for taking further decision regarding bank guarantee on e-noting.
