Sir, RO reported that the industry has made significant increase of fixed assets around 100 crores. Therefore, it is required to apply for obtaining varied consent to operate.
RO recommended that subject cited application may be returned back to the industry.
If approved, application for renewal of consent to operate under the Water (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1974 may be returned to the industry with request to re-apply for varied consent to operate, please.
