Kindly peruse the agenda note of AEE. In view of the facts mentioned in the agenda note of AEE, it is recommended that varied consent to operate under the provisions of the Water Act, 1974 and the Air Act, 1981 may be granted up to 31/12/2027 (upto adequacy of consent fee) for manufacturing of Pouched Milk @ 250 KLD, Curd @ 20 KLD, Butter Milk @ 10 KLD, Lassi @ 20 KLD, Paneer @ 2000 Kg/day, Seasonal Sweets @ 5000 Kg/day UHT Milk (Packaging Milk) @ 100 KLD and White Butter @ 1 MTD subject to the suitable conditions and special conditions that:
1. This consent is being issued in super session to earlier issued 'consent to operate' under the Water Act, 1974 vide no. CTOW/Varied/FGS/2023/21646578 dated 16/05/2023, valid upto 31/03/2025 and under the Air Act, 1981 vide no. CTOA/Varied/FGS/2023/21646401 dated 16/05/2023, valid upto 31/03/2025.
2. The industry shall submit the revised permission for abstraction of ground water @ 10,000 KL/Month from PWRDA within 01 month.
3. The industry shall obtain registration under Plastic Waste Management Rules, 2016 as brand owners through the EPR Portal for plastic packaging developed by the Central Pollution Control Board within 1 month and thereafter shall submit the copy to Zonal office.
4. The industry shall maintain the records of plastic waste lifted to the authorized re- cyclers and shall submit the same to the Board on regular basis.
5. The industry shall operate its ETP regularly & efficiently to achieve the standard laid down by the Board for such type of discharges onto land for plantation.
6. The adequacy and efficacy of the Effluent Treatment Plant (ETP) will be the entire responsibility of the industry.
7. The industry shall ensure that there should not be any stagnation of effluent inside or outside the premises of the industry.
8. The entire cooling water generated by the industry shall be re-circulated.
9. The industry shall provide compost pits/vermicomposting for treatment of their own wet waste within one month and submit report to RO, Fatehgarh Sahib.
10. The industry shall operate the APCD's regularly and efficiently so as to achieved the prescribed emission standards on regular basis.
11. The industry shall ensure that no air pollution problem / public nuisance / odour problem is created in the area due to discharge of emissions from its industrial premises.
12. The industry shall not change/modernize its manufacturing process and shall not increase its production capacity without obtaining prior written permission of the Board.
13. The industry shall not install any additional boiler, furnace without prior approval of the Board.
14. The industry shall dispose off the boiler ash as per guidelines of the Board so as to avoid any public nuisance.
