Sir, it is intimated that the industry is a small scale red category electroplating unit. The industry has applied for fresh consent to operate under Water Act, 1974 & Air Act, 1981.
RO reported that the industry was visited by RO on 23.05.2024 and observed that the industry has not started the unit yet and installed unit without NOC of the Board.
The industry has applied for consent to operate under the Water Act, 1974 and Air Act, 1981 without obtaining NOC of the Board.
If approved, application for fresh consent to operate under the Air Act, 1981 may be returned to the industry with request to apply for 'Consent to Establish' (NOC) of the Board before commissioning of the unit, please.
