Keeping in view of above, it is recommended that the consent to operate under Water (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act 1974 and under Air (Prevention and Control of Pollution) Act, 1981 may be granted to the industry upto 31.12.2024 with suitable conditions as per policy of the Board with suitable conditions as per policy of the Board and with special condition that:- 1. The industry shall obtain EPR registration within 07 day. 2. The industry will not manufacture any activity related to plastic carry bags/ Single use plastic items. |
