• The land area of 03 kanal 18 marlas is in the name of the Prop. of the industry and the remaining land area 03 kanal 18 marlas has been taken on lease by the Prop. from 01.05.2024 to 30.04.2029 @ Rs. 20,000/Annum………….
• The industry has submitted report countersigned by Tehsilder, Abohar, wherein it has been certified that the proposed site bearing khasra no. 20//13 min & 18 min having land area of 03 kanal 18 marlas in possession of the Prop. of the industry and another 03 kanal 18 marlas in the name of the Brother of the Prop. of the industry (which has been taken on the lease by the Prop.) is complying with the distances of various parameters in compliance to the Board's notification dated 26.04.1999 as mentioned vide note dated 05.07.2024 of the visiting officer except for the parameter of protected monuments……………..
• The DTP, Fazilka vide its report dated 27.06.2024 has intimated that the total land area of 07 kanal 16 marlas bearing khasra no. 20//13 min & 18 falls in the agriculture land use zone as per the notified Master Plan, Abohar, wherein establishment of HMP is permitted, subject to the condition that the site complies with siting guidelines of PPCB……………..
• The visiting officer has reported that there is no Municipal Corporation limits within 5 Km, Class A towns within 2 km, other cities within 1 km, Village phirni within 500 meter, wild life sanctuary / zoo within 500 meter, National Highway within 500 m, State Highway/ Scheduled Road within 300 m, educational institute / historical religious places / protected monuments within 300 meters from the proposed site…………...
• Proposal submitted by the PP to install cyclone separator followed by wet scrubber as APCD with the rotary drum, septic tank for the domestic effluent and adequate height with the bitumen heater.
• In view of above, if approved, consent to establish (NOC) may be granted to the HMP for its establishment in land area of 07 Kanal 16 marlas bearing khasra no. 20//13 min & 18 in the revenue estate of Village Kera Khera, Tehsil Aboha, Distt. Fazilka for production of premix @ 50 TPD, subject to the following special conditions:-…………….
1. The 'consent to establish' is granted to the industry for its establishment in a land area of 07 Kanal 16 marlas bearing khasra no. 20//13 min & 18 in the revenue estate of Village Kera Khera, Tehsil Aboha, Distt. Fazilka and in case any of the documents submitted by the industry is found wrong, the consent to establish granted to the project would be deemed to have been cancelled and the Board would not be responsible for the cost incurred by the project proponent in the matter……………..
2. The consent to establish is granted to the industry from pollution angle and the industry shall obtain all the statutory clearances from the other departments, if required…………...
3. The industry will comply with the code of practice as prescribed by the Board vide notification no. Admn./SA2/F.No.178/99/03 dt. 26.04.99 for hot mix plant…………….
