The report of the RO has been examined and RO has reported that the PP has now complying with the EC conditions as well as observations of the Board earlier raised by the visiting officers. Therefore, the PP is complying with the provisions of the Water Act, 1974 and the Air Act, 1981.
In view of the recommendations of EE, RO, SAS Nagar, consent to operate under the Water Act, 1974 and the Air Act, 1981 may be granted for shorter period i.e. upto 31.12.2024 subject to suitable conditions as per policy of the Board and special conditions as proposed by Regional Office, please.
