In view of note and recommendations of AEE/EE RO SGR, may if approved
1. Short time consent to operate under the Water Act, 1974 may be granted to the industry for six months for the discharge of trade effluent @ 3 KL per month, lifted through SPV, Malerkotla for further treatment and disposal at CETP, Focal Point, Ludhiana and domestic effluent @ 0.3 KLD to be discharged into MC sewer with usual conditions and special condition that the industry will be bound to submit its area classification certificate within 01 month.
2. The consent earlier obtained by the industry under the Water Act, 1974 in auto renewal mode be revoked.
3. PSPCL authorities may be directed to restore the electric connection of the industry temporarily for six months
