Kindly peruse the note of EE/ZO. In view of the comments given by EE/ZO, it is recommended as under:
1. Consent to operate under Water (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1974 and Air (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1981 may be granted upto for Six Months with usual condition and with special Condition that:- • The industry shall ensure that the noise level during the operation of industry is within the prescribed limit. • Regional Office Shall visit the industry, re-monitor Nosie level and and send complete report and recommendation within 15 days.
2. Direction u/s 31-A of Air Act 1981 be issued to the industry for de-sealing the hammers please.
