Kindly peruse the note of EE/ZO. In view of the comments given by EE/ZO, it is recommended as under:
1)Directions be issued to PSPCL authorities for temporarily restoration of electricity connection for 6 months.
2) Consent to operate under Water (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1974 and under Air (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1981 may be for six months with special conditions that A) The industry shall submit copy of the registration applied under EPR Portal as and when granted by the authority to this office. B) The industry will not manufacture any activity related to plastic carry bags/ Single use plastic items
