Kindly peruse the note of EE/ZO. In view of the comments given by EE/ZO, it is recommended as under:
1.Consent to operate Under Water (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1974 and Air (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1981 be granted to hotel upto 31.3.2025 ( i.e. the adequacy of fee) with special conditions that 1) The project proponent shall commission & stabilize the sewage treatment plant well before the commissioning of hotel.
2.The project proponent shall inform the Regional Office-1, Punjab Pollution Control Board, Jalandhar at least 20-days before commissioning of the hotel for monitoring purpose. 3) Further, the Regional Office-1, Jalandhar shall be directed to verify the status, collect & get the effluent samples analyzed, within 01-month after commissioning of hotel and submit detailed report along with recommendations, accordingly.
