It is submitted that the point wise reply are as under:
1. What is the category of the unit as per categorization of the industries by the Board.
Reply: Sir, it has been checked from the revised categorization of Industries (Amendment) by CPCB and it is found that no specific category has been mentioned for mechanical composter. Therefore, in view of the various pollution involved, the project proponent has applied under misc green category only.
2. Where is the plot allotment letter from PSIEC. Whether the plot has been allotted for this purpose by PSIEC.
Reply, Sir as per the registry and observations made during the visit, the subject cited plot is situated in the Industrial Focal Point, Rajpura only, hence, the site is suitable.
3. The sale registration deed is not clear.
Reply: The scan copy of the sale deed is attached.
4. What would be the quantity, treatment, disposal status of leachate to be generated from the SW facility?
Reply: As per the proposal only dry waste will be processed and there will be no generation of leachate from the process.
