The application has been examined and following shortcomings observed:-…………
1. CA certificate attached with the application is of Rs. 16.04 crore, however the Regional Office has reported that the gross fixed assets of the project are Rs. 22.76 crore…………….
2. The approved building plan attached with the application & CLU is of 5.07 acres, however the Regional Office has mentioned in the noting that the approved building plan is of 8.0696 acres. No aks sajjra, jamabandi, revenue record, CLU, approved building plan of the total/additional land area attached with the application……………
3. No lease deed of one acre additional land area meant for disposal of treated wastewater attached with the application……………..
4. No comment has been made by the visiting officer related to the total built up area of the project viz-a-viz applicability of EIA notification dated 14.09.2006……………..
Further, it is submitted that in the hearing dated 22.05.2024, it was decided by the Chief Environmental Engineer (B) that Senior Environmental Engineer (B) shall constitute a team from Zone, Bathinda to visit the project site and submit the detailed report that whether the project is covered under the purview of the EIA notification dated 14.09.2006 or not…………..
If approved, a team of Environmental Engineer, RO, FDK alongwith the concerned AEE be constituted to visit the project site and submit the compliance w.r.t. the observations, within 02 days.
