It is submitted that the brick kiln was visited by the undersigned on 18.07.2024 and brick kiln was lying closed due to rainy season. During visit, it was observed that it has not provided adequate arrangements to treat the domestic effluent. Hence, the BKO was guided to provide the septic tank to treat the domestic effluent and adequate plantation area and he assured that he will provide the septic tanks within 15 days.
Keeping in view of the above, it approved consent application may be returned to the industry with the request to re-submit the same after provided the septic tank.
If your goodself is agreed with above said submission, then allow me to return the application as I have no option to return the same.
