| Clarification Note: |
The application of the project proponent was scrutinized and it was observed as under:
1) As per NOC granted to the PP, the PP install STP of adequate capacity to treat the wastewater to be generated from the project as per the decisions of hearing held before Chief Environmental Engineer (P) on 3/5/2024 and submit a revised proposal for installation of STP alongwith disposal arrangements, however the PP has not installed STP of adequate capacity but has installed septic tank as per drawing submitted which is just a pretreatment of waste-water. Hence, the PP is not complying with the conditions of NOC.
2) The PP has not submitted completion certificate of STP.
3) The project proponent has not submitted copy of agreement with MC Zirakpur for use of treated water from STP Zirakpur for construction purpose in compliance of condition of NOC.
4) The PP has not submitted proof regarding installation of mechanical composter for the treatment of wet biodegradable solid waste in compliance of conditions of NOC.
