Area relates to AEE-II. The case has been marked to me for scrutiny and discrepancies observed as under:-
While scrutinized the application it has been observed that the industry has applied for obtaining consent under RED category / 1055-Zinc Smelter, which is not correct and industry is required to apply under Red Category/1044- Industry or process involving metal surface treatment or process such as pickling/electroplating/paint stripping/heat treatment using cyanide bath/ phosphating or finishing and anodizing etc,
In addition to the above previous application was returned to the industry on the following grounds and this time also the industry has not attended the previous observations as under :-
1. The industry has not mentioned the details of chemicals and its quantity being used.
2. The industry has not mentioned the amount of acid consumed in the process alongwith bills for last 6 months.
3. The industry is required to submit authentic proof regarding date of commissioning of the industry.
4. The industry has not submitted site suitability certificate. It is requested to kindly give approval to return the case, please.
5. The validity period of Rent deed has been expired.
6. The industry has not submitted the Site plan duly approved from Director of Factories (OR) Competent Person duly authorised by Director of factories.
In light of above, the consent application is incomplete and cannot be processed and is required to be returned. But I have no option to return the case.
It is therefore, requested to allow me to return the application. |
