It is intimated that the industry has established without consent to establish under the Water (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1974 and Air (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1981 of the Board.
Now, the industry has applied consent to operate under the Water (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1974 and Air (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1981. The industry has submitted CA Certificate, site plan, manufacturing process etc.
The industry has deposited Rs. 31900/- vide UTR No. N132232458033952 dated 12.05.2023. The fee deposited the industry is adequate upto 31.12.2028.
The industry was visited by undersigned on 20.07.2024 and observed that the industry was in operation and the industry is engaged in the manufacturing Face Mask and Sanitary Napkin @ 20000 No/day from Non woven @ 30 Kgs/day. The industry has installed 02 no. ultrasonic machine. The industry is generated only domestic effluent and same was discharged into PSIEC sewer after treatment in septic tank.
In view of above, it is recommended that the consent to operate under the Water (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1974 and Air (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1981 may be granted to the industry for the period upto 31.12.2025 with suitable terms and conditions and with special conditions that
1) The industry shall submit approved building plan from the Competent Person within one month.
2) The industry shall not generate any trade effluent.
3) The industry shall not make any expansion without prior permission of the Board.
4) The industry shall complying with the norms prescribed by the PPCB/CPCB. |
