Sir, it is intimated that the industry was visited by the AEE (OS) on 18/07/2024 and during visit, the industry was not in operation. Further, the industry has installed the entire machinery as well as extruder machine. However, the industry has not installed APCD on the extruder to control the emissions generated from the extruder section as proposed during the time of obtaining NOC.
As such, the application cannot be processed at this stage and is hereby returned with request to resubmit the application after installing the APCD on the extruder machine. |
