Issue SCN for refusal of NOC on following grounds :-
1. Whether the industry has submitted complete details of dyeing machinery viz. capacity, lot, liquor ratio to ascertain quantity of trade effluent.
2. Whether the ETP proposed by industry is capable to achieve the standards laid down by MoEF & CC with regard to treated effluent.
3. Whether the industry has submitted complete plan regarding pipeline network for carrying treated trade effluent to plantation area.
4. Whether the plantation area is adequate to handle discharge. |
