The Point wise reply to the clarification raised by your good self is as under:
1. latha and aks shajra of proposed site have been attached in the reply of clarification.
2. Distance report has been signed by concerned Tehsildar and same has been attached in the reply of clarification.
3. As per feasibility report, It has proposed to install cyclones separator followed by wet scrubber as APCDs to control emissions to be generated from hot mix plant. The pollution control measures proposed by the industry in feasibility report are adequate.
4. While generating the online Agenda, there was some technical error. However, offline agenda note has already attached.
Keeping in view of above, it is recommended that the consent to establish (NOC) for setting up of hot mix plant at its proposed site located in revenue estate of Village Bharaj, Tehsil Bhawanigarh, District Sangrur for production of Ready Hot Mix @ 45 TPD by using Crushed Stone Aggregates of different sizes @ 43 MTD & Bitumen @ 2.5 MTD, as raw material may be granted to the industry with suitable conditions as per policy of the Board and special condition that
1. The industry shall not operate its plant without obtaining consent to operate under the Water Act, 1974 & the Air Act, 1981 of the Board.
2. The industry shall be bound to comply with the guidelines of Department of Town.
3. The industry will be bound to either shift 2 no. of HT lines (11 KVA both) from its proposed site well before the start of any construction activity or shall not construct any building/shed below the high tension zone and shall maintain distance as prescribed by PSPCL.
