Sir, while processing the application, it was observed as under:
1. The Institute has not submitted the amended Environmental Clearance from SEIAA, Punjab for Medical & Educational purposes as well as compliance of EC conditions.
2. The Institute has not submitted the detail of built up area.
3. The Institute has not submitted the water balance for the utilization of treated domestic effluent during the summer, monsoon, and winter seasons.
4. The Institute has not submitted complete layout plan viz-a-viz marking of different buildings as well as plantation area.
5. The Institute has not submitted the CA certificate including the value of proposed expansion.
6. The Institute is requested to clarify whether the dual plumbing system in various existing buildings for reusing the treated domestic effluent in order to reduce the quantum of abstraction of the ground water is feasible. If the implementation is not feasible, has the Institute proposed to provide the same system in the medical college? Additionally, please specify the quantity of treated domestic effluent intended for reuse.
As such, the application cannot be processed at this stage and if approved, the application may be returned with request to resubmit the application after removing the above said observations. |
