Sir, the industry was given hearing before Hon’ble Chairman of the Board on 07.06.2024 and in hearing it was directed as under that the industry shall submit a comprehensive bank guarantee of Rs. 5.0 lac as an assurance to comply with the environmental laws, within 07 days to the Regional Office, Faridkot of the Board. The industry has not submitted any BG in this office till date.................
Further, the industry has submitted its request to waive off bank guarantee of Rs. 5.0 lac, which is processed through separate e-noting and is under process.......................
At this time the industry is not complying with the decisions of personal hearing dated 07.06.2024..............................
Keeping in the view of above, if approved the case of the industry may be returned with request to re-apply for the same after attending the observations mentioned above................................ |
