Respected sir,
It is submitted that the competent authority of the Board has considered the application filed by the applicant for obtaining renewal of consent under the Water Act, 1974 and the Air Act,1981. However, while processing the application it has been observed that "As the project cost of the industry has been increased from Rs. 12.97 crore to 198.63 Cr. and the industry itself given in the reply that Plant & Machinery has been increased for enhanced demand. Therefore, the industry is required to obtain varied consents instead of renewal of the previous once. As such, the present application is hereby returned with the request to apply for obtaining varied consents under the said Acts".
In view of above, approval of returning the case may be given to the undersigned or may be returned at your level, please. |
