Sir, reply to the observations raised by Zonal Office is as under:-
1. CA certificate showing fixed assets of Rs. 22.76 crore is attached herewith.
2. The industry has submitted approved extended layout plan from Chief Administrator, Bathinda development Authority, Bathinda. In layout plan the Total area has been mentioned as 8.0696 Acres land area. (attached)
3. Lease deed for additional land for plantation is attached herewith.
4. The site of the industry was already visited by Er. Daljeet Singh, Environmental Engineer and undersigned (AEE) on 14.07.2024 and observed that the total Built up area of project is 10961.75 sq. meters as mentioned in approved lay out plan, which is less than 20,000 sq. meters. Therefore, the project is not covered under EIA notification dated 14.09.2006.
